Transaction Syncing - Temporary Pause
Evening of Friday, October 9 - Sunday, October 18

Over the weekend of October 9-11, North State Bank upgraded our banking system, which will allow us to offer more digital tools in the future. As part of this transition, syncing between North State Bank and QuickBooks/Quicken was paused beginning at 5 PM on Friday, October 9, and will remain paused through Sunday, October 18. Customers who use QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect will have an additional outage window through Sunday, October 25.

If you utilize QuickBooks or Quicken software directly connected to your North State Bank accounts, you will need to complete a few time-sensitive steps to ensure a smooth transition. We posted these steps in advance of the banking system upgrade, and one of the key action dates has now passed (Friday, October 9). However, you will still need to complete the steps as detailed for Monday, October 19 or 26, based on your connection type.

After your North State Bank accounts have been reconnected to your QuickBooks/Quicken software, we recommend completing a detailed review of your transactions to make sure there are no missing or duplicate transactions.

Before You Begin
Take a moment to confirm the version/type of QuickBooks and Quicken you use so you can follow the action items for that version.
