Everyone at North State Bank understands the unique role a community bank serves. It is important to all of us to support our communities and maintain a high standard as a corporate citizen.

If you would like to request our support, please complete the submission form below at least 30 days prior the event or program. Once we have received your completed requested, it will be reviewed and we will follow up any additional questions. Due to the number of requests we receive, neither your completion of nor our receipt of this form is a guarantee we will be able to fulfill the request. If your request is approved, we will contact you via phone and/or e-mail. Rest assured we will carefully consider your request based on the information you provide and will respond to all requests in a timely manner.
