Enroll in Online Banking
North State Bank customers with a deposit account can call or visit your local banking office to enroll in Online Banking. Once you have a username and password, access your account from the home page of NorthStateBank.com.

Mobile Banking
Optimize Online Banking for use from your smartphone or tablet by downloading North State Bank Mobile from the app store associated with your device. With the app, you can take advantage of Online Banking services, plus access Zelle® and use Mobile Deposit to deposit checks.1

Smart Chip Technology

North State Bank debit card include Smart Chip Technology. When transactions are processed using chip technology (also known as EMV), unique data is created for each transaction that cannot be used again. That means if a retailer’s payment processing data is breached, the debit card information on file cannot be used by the hacker.
Digital Wallet

By adding your North State Bank debit card to your digital wallet on most Apple™ and Samsung phones and tablets, you can pay for purchases without physically having your debit card present.
It’s fast, safe and convenient.
Go Digital: To set up your digital wallet, follow the prompts on your device, then add your North State Bank Visa® debit card to the Wallet app. Look for the touch-free symbol when you are paying for a purchase, then simply authorize your payment and you are on your way!

Telephone Banking
With Telephone Banking, you can access North State Bank deposit accounts to check balances, transfer funds between accounts and verify deposits and other transactions. It includes:
