QuickBooks and Quicken Users
Evening of Friday, October 9 - Sunday, October 18

QuickBooks and Quicken Direct Connect and Web Connect will not be available after 5 PM on Friday, October 9, through Sunday, October 18.

Required Action: North State Bank is working with Intuit, the parent company of QuickBooks and Quicken, to prepare for the outage and subsequent account reconnections. QuickBooks and Quicken recommend the following:

  1. Sync your North State Bank accounts with your QuickBooks/Quicken software between 4 PM and 5 PM on Friday, October 9.
  2. Download transactions from your North State Bank Online Banking accounts and save the file to a secure location.

To capture as many transactions as possible, please complete steps one and two as close to 5 PM as you can on Friday, October 9.

When Direct Connect and Web Connect access is restored on Monday, October 19, you will likely need to reconnect your North State Bank accounts with QuickBooks/Quicken. We expect transactions that occurred during the outage to sync when the connection is restored; however, we encourage you to compare your North State Bank transaction activity with QuickBooks to confirm all transactions have imported. QuickBooks/Quicken and your accountant will be your best resources for troubleshooting any syncing questions.

We will send additional information to account holders that use QuickBooks and Quicken as we get closer to the outage.
