Stacey was part of the start-up team at North State Bank, coming aboard in December 1999 in advance of the Bank’s opening in June 2000. From the beginning, she served as executive assistant to North State Bank’s President and CEO Larry D. Barbour,a role in which she has learned a great deal, not only about the banking industry, but about leadership.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, she worked with Bank of Hanover, Mid-State Bank and Triangle Bank prior to joining North State. She is a graduate of the NCBA School of Banking. A Hanover, Pennsylvania native, Stacey and her family have made Raleigh home for the past twenty years. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.
