RALEIGH, NC . . . North State Bank’s 21^st Summer Salute for Transitions LifeCare will be held Saturday evening, June 1, 2024, at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, announced event co-chairs Sondra Collins and Jim Branch. The fun-filled evening will feature live music by The Embers with Craig Woolard, along with a live auction, island-themed buffet, drinks, games, raffle prizes and more, all in support of a great cause. 

Each year, Summer Salute raises funds to support Transitions LifeCare’s commitment to providing compassionate end-of-life care for patients and their families, regardless of their financial means. Following the 2023 event, including the Summer Fun Raffle and the 10 Days of Summer Salute online auction, $175,000 was given to Transitions LifeCare, bringing the lifetime total donation to more than $2.3 million.

• Summer Fun Raffle: Tickets are on sale now through May 31, 2024, or until they sell out, whichever comes first, and are available at www.summersalute.com. Only 350 tickets will be sold at $100 each. Prize options include a week’s stay in a beautiful condo in Aruba, a 2022 Valor E-Z-Go^®golf cart, and a stunning 18K gold necklace from the Ippolita “Rock Candy” collection, featuring 19 stone stations in the Alpine colorway. The drawing will take place at the event and the two prizes not selected by the winner will immediately be placed in a live auction. You do not have to be present to win the Raffle.
  
  
• 10 Days of Summer Salute Online Auction: An enticing array of special items and experiences will be available during the online auction which begins at Noon on Thursday, May 23, and will conclude at 9 PM on Saturday, June 1, 2024. In addition to being featured online, items will be on display the evening of June 1^st at Summer Salute.
  
  
• Event Tickets: There are a number of sponsorship levels that include anywhere from 2 to 12 tickets, and individual event tickets are available with only a $100 donation to Summer Salute. Tickets are on sale at www.summersalute.com.
