RALEIGH, NC . . . North State Bank’s Summer Salute for Transitions LifeCare will be held on Saturday evening, May 4, 2019, at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, announced Sandra A. Temple and Jim Branch, co-chairs for the event. “The Embers” with Craig Woolard, North Carolina’s own beach music band, will entertain while attendees enjoy food, fun and dancing.
“Summer Salute is a festive evening for an important cause,” Temple shared. “I hear over and over from our sponsors and attendees what a great time they had. So many people in our community have been impacted by Transitions LifeCare. Whether someone is paying it back or paying it forward, they see supporting Summer Salute as a way of saying, ‘thank you.’”
Branch said, “Summer Salute is one of the premier charity events in Raleigh, with people looking forward to it knowing it’s a not-to-be-missed evening. That only happens when there’s a lot of commitment and hard work. North State Bank has been committed to this event and this cause for 16 years. The committee works all year to bring sponsors and attendees something special. May 4 promises to be another night to remember.”
Attire is “summer night casual” and tickets are $100 each. Additional information is available, and tickets can be purchased at SummerSalute.com. Tickets also can be purchased at any North State Bank office.
Now in its 16th year, Summer Salute has donated over $1.6 million to Transitions LifeCare, the leading provider of hospice and palliative care in Wake County and the surrounding area. Funds provided from Summer Salute support programs for families who otherwise could not afford care.
