Gary Woodlief is a more than 20 year banking veteran who joined CommunityPLUS in 2009 following a lengthy career serving customers of North State Bank as a market executive. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in finance, The North Carolina School of Banking and Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has earned the certified manager of community associations designation. He serves on the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute’s board of directors, where he currently serves as treasurer, and was a past chairman of the organization’s strategic planning committee.  Active in the community, he serves on the board of directors of the Continuous Blessings Foundation and the local chapter of Smiles for a Lifetime.

Sandra Temple served as executive vice president and chief banking officer for North State Bank. Her roots in community association management banking began in the 1980s, as she, along with the help of some of her long-time customers helped “write the book” on banking for community association management companies. In 2009, Sandra took community association management banking from a focused business line for North State Bank, to a respected division of the bank. Sandra is a former president of the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Chris began working for North State Bank in October 2002. Prior to working with North State, he served as assistant vice president and Garner city executive for Wachovia Bank. A native of Garner, Chris is a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking, the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, and recently earned the certified manager of community associations designation. Chris previously served as chairman of the Garner Chamber of Commerce, President of the Garner Rotary Cub and Chairman of the Garner YMCA's We Build People Campaign. He currently serves as a member of the Capital Campaign Committee for the Garner YMCA.

Diane’s background not only includes banking experience, but experience working directly in the community association industry. She previously served as executive director of the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute (NC-CAI) and served as a regional account executive for Community Association Banc. A graduate of Robert Morris College, she holds professional licenses in property and casualty insurance in North Carolina. Active with NC-CAI, she currently serves on the Pedimont Programs Committee. She has served as past president and treasurer for the NC Chapter’s Legislative Action Committee and chaired the 2013 Nominating Committee.

As Deposit Support Manager, Kelly is an integral part of the bank’s successful CommunityPLUS division. She earned a bachelor of arts in communications from North Carolina State University and is an Accredited ACH Professional. After serving as a committee member for the bank’s signature fundraising event,Summer Salute for Hospice of Wake County, for four years, she now serves as an event volunteer.

A 29 year banking veteran, Rilda Hunter joined North State Bank in 2006 and currently serves as Lockbox Supervisor working closely with the CommunityPLUS division. In 2015, Rilda received her Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) accreditation, entering her into an elite group of high-skilled payment professionals nationally recognized for their electronic payments expertise. A native of Beckley, West Virginia, Rilda currently resides in Franklinton, North Carolina where she is active in Mt. Olivest Baptist Church. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
