North State Bank Names Eric Zuniga as Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager

Eric Zuniga joined North State Bank (the “Bank”) as an assistant vice president and commercial loan portfolio manager announced Amanda Lloyd, executive vice president and chief people officer.

“Eric is supporting a diverse and dynamic portfolio,” shared Lloyd. “His lending background and extensive market knowledge align him perfectly with this role. We’re pleased to welcome him to the team.”

Zuniga will manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial loans within the credit administration department at the Bank’s North Raleigh campus. With a decade of banking experience, he has held commercial lending positions at BB&T (now Truist) and CresCom Bank (now United Bank). A graduate of East Carolina University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. He has called the Triangle home for over 20 years.  

“No two loans or relationships are the same,” commented Zuniga. “That is what I enjoy about commercial lending. Each day is different and every credit is a fun puzzle to solve.”
