RALEIGH, N.C. . . . North State Bank promoted Michael Vincent to commercial loan portfolio manager for its North Hills office, announced Amanda Lloyd, executive vice president and chief people officer. Building on his nearly decade-long service at the Bank, Vincent will support the lending needs of business customers.
“Michael has a keen eye for detail, approaches customers and teammates with a spirit of friendship, and has extensive lending expertise,” said Lloyd. “While he will be missed in loan operations, he’s a great complement to our North Hills team.”
A west coast native, Vincent grew up in Pleasanton, California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is in his freshman year in the North Carolina Bankers Association’s School of Banking. A Bank team member since 2012, he most recently served as loan operations supervisor before stepping into his new role.
“Working in loan operations has been excellent preparation for this opportunity,” shared Vincent. “I love working with people and technology. My goal is to blend those passions to build efficiencies for my customers and my teammates.”
