Background

Before joining the banking industry, I served as the assistant director of financial aid at Vance-Granville Community College. I joined the Bank in 2020 to better align my work with my calling.

Education

  • Wake Forest University, Babcock Graduate School of Management, Master of Science in Management
  • University of Virginia, Bachelor of Arts in Government
  • Wake Technical Community College (currently studying to earn a degree in accounting)

Outside the Office

You’ll likely find me spending time with my family, including a cat and Wheaten Terrier who are doing their best to train me to be an ideal pet parent. I love cheering on the ‘Hoos, especially when they are playing a good basketball, football or baseball game.

Childhood Hero

Peyton Manning showed me the power of using your mind and effort to realize achievement and excellence. His philosophy on teamwork inspired me to measure my success by the relationships I create and the people I serve, both professionally and personally.

The most valuable player is the one that makes the most players valuable.
