Jennifer Jones Has Joined North State Bank as Relationship Banking Manager

RALEIGH, N.C. . . . Jennifer Jones has joined North State Bank as the relationship banking manager for the North Raleigh office, announced Amanda Lloyd, executive vice president and chief people officer. Jones will oversee the daily operation of the office, ensuring the North Raleigh tellers and relationship banking specialists have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to provide exemplary customer service. 

“Jennifer is a well-rounded banker with solid experience in a number of roles,” shared Lloyd. “Her background is the perfect match for our North Raleigh office. She will play a central role in the office’s pursuit of continuously elevating customer experience.” 

A Raleigh native, Jones started her career in banking with Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) as a teller, and grew in positions of progressive responsibility, including service banker, licensed banker and manager. “My priority is to be a trusted and valuable resource for our customers,” said Jones. “North State’s focus on adding value to those we serve dovetails with my passion for helping others. I am excited to be part of the team.”
